Idea: A cheesy sci-fi B-movie where Area 51, which is located on a dried lake bed, is hit by a flash flood, and the military and an imprisoned alien have to scramble to escape. Also: brainstorming a plot involving aliens, secret military aircraft, weather manipulation, etc.; incorporating aspects of other movies/TV, like Signs, American Dad, The Shape of Water, Space Force (on Netflix), 1980's dirty teen comedies, etc.; discussing how a lake reformed in the central valley of California a few years ago in real life, and so why couldn't that also happen at the dried lake bed of Area 51, and isn't it kind of dumb it is to keep our military secrets in a place vulnerable to natural disaster
