Red Light Districts

Idea: Government bills to create "red light districts" in major US cities, where drugs and prostitution would be legal, to lure the seedy people into one area, so the rest of the city can be family-friendly and safe. Possibly even put the "red light district" indoors in abandoned factories or shopping malls, so people can't accidentally wander into them, and they can't be spied on using drones

Idea: A reality show showcasing the mystery, intrigue, and drama of cliquey elderly women in a senior living community, who refuse to let a strict, almost totalitarian condominium association destroy their individuality. The elderly women drink, gossip, and call each other out, such as for not cleaning up dog poop in the middle of winter (which caused quite a storm)

Modular Indoor/Outdoor Electric Flying Car

Idea (NSFW): A single-person electric car whose chassis can switch between horizontal mode (like a motorcycle) and vertical mode (like a Segway). When in vertical mode, it would be thin enough to fit through an ordinary door, so you could drive it inside buildings and up and down elevators. Modular attachments would be available, such as an SUV-like "family compartment" or a quadcopter flying car attachment
